This is the hottest chili powder we make, ground coarse. Nothing in our range goes above it for heat.
The flakes and seed are still visible, so the chili sits on the food instead of dissolving into it and the heat comes through more slowly.
Color runs deep red. The aroma is dry and roasted rather than sweet.
Typical uses: dry rubs, chili crisp, hot pot bases, pickling, noodle toppings, table condiment.
