This three-variety ground chili pepper blend combines Erjingtiao, Huaxi and Xiaomila. The chilies are already blended, so kitchens can measure and use them as one ingredient in place of combining the three varieties themselves.
Use it as you would a single-variety chili powder: in stir-fries, chili oil, chili sauces, oil-based chili condiments and other recipes that call for ground chili. These are examples of its uses, with the amount and accompanying seasonings adjusted to your own preparation.
