Erjingtiao dried chili peppers offer mild heat and a generous chili aroma. They can provide the fragrant chili component in chili oil blends, stir-fries and braised dishes, making them a useful choice for recipes that emphasize aroma.
The whole form lets you cut the peppers for cooking or grind them to suit a seasoning. If your recipe needs more heat, a hotter variety can be added separately.
