The Site is an information and inquiry service only. It does not sell goods. It does not accept orders, take payment, create accounts, or arrange shipment. No page on this Site is an offer capable of acceptance.
Inquiries are not orders. Submitting the inquiry form starts a conversation. It does not reserve stock, fix a price, or create any obligation on either side.

A sale becomes binding only through written sales documents accepted by both parties — a written quotation, pro forma invoice, confirmed purchase order, sales contract, and the agreed product specification. Governing law and disputes. These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Disputes relating to the Site shall be resolved in the People’s Republic of China. Disputes about a specific sale are governed by the dispute clause in that contract.
